TreasuryDirect and my savings bonds
I have had an account with TreasuryDirect for decades and now they say my account is blocked. They will not call me or email me to tell me why my acount is blocked or how to resolve the problem. They say call them. When I call them its usually a 2 hour wait time!!! I’m afraid your article in today’s Tribune will now make my phone wait time now 3 or 4 hours. I told them to” hire more people.”
