I was sent a otp to be used with my application. Every time I enter it I receive an error message that my otp is invalid. I have entered with lower case combined with the upper case as shown on my e-mail. what am I doing wrong???? I’m afraid I will miss the deadline which is now Oct 28th instead of Oct 31st. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

They are swamped. Here’s what the Wall St. Journal says:
During just the final week of October, the Treasury issued $1.95 billion in I Bonds, more than the total for fiscal year 2021. In just one year, some 3.7 million new accounts were created on the site, more than the 2.4 million for the prior 10 years combined.
I suggest you try around midnight or in the wee small hours, when the site is less busy!
