We recently met with the gentleman from one Chicago financial who wanted to set us up with a trust fund but the cost was over $2,700 for that was kind of expensive. What is the average price to set up a trust fund

OK, you misunderstood. An estate plan is not a TRUST FUND. You’re probably talking about a Revocable Living Trust, which is a good idea. The cost depends on the complexity of your plan– how many heirs, how much work involved in transferring title to your assets into the name of the trust.
And I’m guessing from your question that you have no idea what I’m talking about!
