Trust vs Will
My husband and I (both age 72), and our children, are in disagreement over whether we need a trust or just a will. Our home is paid for, we have two cars paid for, we have IRA’s and other investments with three different brokerage firms, as well as our personal checking accounts. What will make it easiest for our four children to settle all our financial responsibilities after we are gone?

There’s more to worry about than after youre gone! What if you or your husband have a stroke, or develop Alzheimers?? Who has the power to deal with all financial assets?
