Trust
Several years ago I set up my house in trust. However I have never been billed nor paid an annual fee for that trust. Is the property still considered to be in trust or do I need to have the title reissued? Thank you

Do you have the trust documents? Was it part of an estate plan — a Revocable Living Trust? Or was it a property trust?
Do you have the deed? If you still have a mortgage, does the lender have the name of the trust on your bill?
This is pretty vague and I can’t really answer your question without more details.
