Is this real , or is it fraud ? This is from the state of Illinois. Just wanna know before I send the form back. Thank you Terry

Whew — does this form tell you what “unclaimed property” was the “cause” of this refund? If not, I’d be wary. Keybank was the center of a huge amount of Unemployment fraud. This seems to have nothing to do with that, but there should be a way to check with the state treasurer’s office (and Illinois does not use KeyBank to the best of my knowledge).
