I filled out my application at ides asked if I received a pension checked yes next page asked all these questions about my pension couldn’t answer it’s a windows pension from my husbands union got upset went back checked no tried to call many times to tell them but can’t get through I did certify once but I’m very nervous should I say yes to the pension question I dont know what to do

So let me ask, you are now unemployed from your own job? I’m not sure why the pension question was asked, since the only issue is whether you qualify based on loss of income from your OWN job. It’s tough to get back into the system. And Im not sure I can help, but I promise to ask about why “other income such as a pension would be relevant” and get back to you.
