Unemployment
My son applied for PUA 2 weeks ago and has not heard anything. Is this normal and should we continue to wait or is there a problem and we are unaware and would not want to overlook. We can reach NO ONE to get an answer.

Obviously he applied online. What was the response at the time? Did he get any kind of email response to his application, or instant response that it was accepted? If not, then start all over again and see what happens. It can’t hurt. They are so messed up at IDES that it could have dropped into a black hole!
