unemployment
i filed for unemployment Dec 2020. Have certified every 2 weeks but have never received any payment. IDES is no help…1st phone conversation mid Jan I was assured everything was on track…2nd phone call has been in que for 2.5 weeks. Could you please advise who to contact for assistance? Thank you!

Oh, gosh. I wish I could help, but it is impossible to get through to IDES. And it often takes three weeks to get a callback. It is without doubt THE most messed up government agency ever!
