Applied for unemployment benefits certified received a card received a PIN number still no money. I applied in early April. Thank you Terry

That’s way too long — although the IDES director did say they send the cards even before benefits are approved. Good news is htat they are opening a new call center this week, so it should be easier to contact them. Keep trying!
