Last day of work Mar 11 2020 at the Chicago Theatre as an usher..did not apply for unemployment..am I still eligible

Yes, IF you earned at least $1600 in the previoius 12 months, and if you earned at least $440 in the “second-highest-earning-quarter” of that period. And you should receive back benefits to the date of unemployment. But it will be a hassle getting through the system to file. Keep trying!
