Unemployment issues
I need to access my IDES account and can’t log in, and when they ask the security questions it says my answers are incorrect and to call the helpline. Well, problem there is, you get dumped into their “call waiting” list, and you would be lucky to hear from them in 3 weeks, let alone at all. I need to reset my password and cancel my last unemployment file, and start over. I should have thousands in my hands, but the government phone tag is getting old. What can I possibly do further?

My most creative advice is to buy a couple of “burner” phones and register them each for a callback, and carry them with you everywhere! At least you have better odds of getting a call! IDES is a total mess.
