Unemployment on maternity leave
If shelter in place is still in order while on maternity leave from work (but have been on unemployment only due to covid19 can you still be on unemployment while on maternity leave? Thanks!

Good question. If they are paying you on maternity leave, then you can’t file. If you were on unpaid maternity leave, it would be hard to make a case for unemployment benefits (they will check with your company) — unless you are officially laid off while on maternity leave.
