unemployment problem
My wife was recently layed off by Fifth Third Bank November 2nd. She filed for unemployment but was informed that she is working for another company out of the same address which is not true. How should she proceed from here as she cannot currently collect unemployment because of this.

Oh, I hate when this happens. When IDES gets things messed up it is almost impossible to straighten it out! Put her name on the callback list. But also go to Fifth Third HR department and ask them to contact IDES on her behalf. They have a lot of clout — and a direct line into the agency.
