Unemployment qualification
Am I eligible to receive unemployment benefits if I accepted a voluntary separation package from my employer (in order to reduce staffing as a consequence of the pandemic)?

Likely not — but you can always try to file. Your employer will have to agree that you were laid off, and that’s not likely.
