Unemployment — qualifications to apply
My husband collects a pension, he’s 56 years old. He has been working at a different job since he retired from being a union laborer for 25 plus years. Hes been laid off because his job is not an essential business. My question is will he be able to collect unemployment?

That depends on how long he worked at the job, and how much he earned. Each state has its own minimum levels to qualify for unemployment. Check your state website.
