Unemployment — scammed?
received a UI finding letter stating that I applied for unemployment which I did not, they say I will not get anything. so is there anything I have to do to stay safe

Oh yes, and you must act immediately! Follow this link and do EVERYTHING I recommend. And pay special attention to keeping track of your efforts to report this fraud, so that if you get a 1099 saying you owe taxes on unemployment money received, you will have some kind of defense!
