Unemployment — talking to SOMEONE!!
I tried to apply for unemployment bur the system blocked me and dont know who to call to get unblocked only to spend endless amounts of waisted time with no results. Is there a number to call or tech support? Ive tried dozens i dont know what to do. Thank you in advance. William

The good news is that starting this coming week, according to the IDES director, a new call center will open — and there is a much better chance that you will reach a real person!! So keep trying! And do write back if you haven’t reached anyone in two weeks from now.
