VA Mortgage at age 88
At age 88, am i eligible for a VA mortgage(all other requirements met).

Yes, you are eligible s there is no age limit. BUT, typically a bank won’t make any kind of mortgage unless you have income beyond Social Security. That could prevent you from getting a mortgage. But if you need to refi or need cash, or are buying a second home, consider taking out a Reverse Mortgage on your first home.
