Vanguard

I have been with Vanguard for 15 plus years and have been pleased with Vanguard. However, their recent rollout of the “new and improved” Beacon application ( which has very limited functionality) combined with their customer service shortcomings makes me wonder if Vanguard has larger issues. Are their larger issues with Vanguard that I should consider moving my accounts to Fidelity, Schwab or T Rowe Price?
