How do I get my w-2s from past years? I need 4 or more. Thanks

Your employer is required to send them out! Contact all of your employers. I’m not sure why you are talking about W-2s for PAST YEARS. Those should have been filed with your tax return for those years.
Now, if you didn’t file but the employer sent in their W-2 report, I’m sure the IRS has — or will –catch up to you for failure to file, which has steep penalties.
