When we looked under GET MY PAYMENT,the answer was “your records don,t match”. Funny are records match when the Goverment wants our tax money. We call but know one answer. How can we look into this.

If you filed a tax return it will come by mail to the address on the return (assuming you didn’t get a refund and give direct deposit info). If you are on SS then it will come this month by direct deposit into the same account, though not necessarily at the same time as your regular monthly benefit.
