Will and living trust – who to go to
Hi Terry,
Going to people who can help with Wills and Living trusts, who can you go to where it doesn’t cost $1000 or more? We are simple people, still have a mortgage for 10 yrs and are 62 and 65 with 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Only investments are our 401k and I have an IRA I rolled an old 401k into.

Well, that’s how lawyers make their money! But I suggest you go to your church, senior center, or other local agency,or even your bank, to see if they have recommendations for low-cost attorneys for seniors. Just don’t try doing it yourself, as if you make a mistake you won’t be around to fix it when it is discovered!
