Will the govt take my IRA?

There is a lot of indicators about the government using our IRA’S and 401k’s to support there agenda “sharing the wealth”. Would it be wise to get the funds out of the tax deferred account before the government gets ahold of our money?

Terry Says:  I understand your concern, but definitely do NOT give up your tax-deferred growth.  Somewhere down the line, they may add taxes or raise taxes on retirement plan withdrawals.  But you really can’t hide your money from the government.  Instead, you want to build up as much as possible so the eventual tax bite hurts less!
