Will, trust, legal docs
Sorry to bother you but I was wondering if you can recommend a legal firm that can help me in creating legal documents . I just turned 75 and need to cover my assets with a will, poa’s for financial, medical and property.
I don’t have much but would like to protect what I have

Your attorney must be registered in your state of residence. Since my column goes all over the country, I don’t know where you might live. But you can search the website of the estate planning bar at www.Search-Attorneys.com.
And if you live in a smaller town, ask the trust department of a local bank to recommend a few names of attorneys who practice estate planning in your area.
