Will versus estate plan
Hello Terry, I am a 63-year-old single male. I do not have children and have one sibling and 2 nieces). I own a Chicago condo and I have a vacation rental (condo), both are fully paid off. I do not currently have a will but feel like I need one ASAp. DO you have any recommendations and what are the costs associated with creating one? Is this something I can do online at sites like legalzoom.com and trustandwill.com? I am trying to create one on a budget. Thank you so much, Michael
