I’d need more information to give you an answer. Are you on Social Security Disability, or are you receiving disability benefits from a job? Are you receiving SSI? What is your health plan — are you on a state Medicaid program??
All have different limits for assets, income, and may have certain exclusions for retirement income.

And I’m not quite sure where to direct you to find out the specifics as they apply to you — except to your state department on aging (assuming you are on Social Security disabiity). And once you transition from disability to Social Security benefits, I’m not sure there is any limitation on withdrawals.
