Your Personal Planning Guide

Recently on WGn you spoke about a planning guide available through your website. I have not been able to find it. Is it still available?

Terry Says: You’re probably talking about my Personal Financial Organizer form.  When you sign up for my free newsletter, in the yellow box, giving your name and email address, you’ll get a confirming email. When you click on that email to confirm, you’ll receive another email containing a link to the organizer.  You can fill it out online and save it to your own files (I don’t see the info). Or you can print out as many copies as you like and give them to friends, relatives.  Keep the link for future use.
