Joint bank accounts with adult child
Joint check ing ,, savings accounts with adult child. This child in huge credit card .debt with her husband. Can her debtors go after my accounts which is my sole retirement income?

Oh yes. Please get her name off your accounts! That money is perceived to be at least 50 percent hers -- but they could tie up the account with a court order and you would be unable to access your money. Remove her immediately -- and make sure that they are not signers and using your credit cards, either!
