I am a single parent with 10 children three of them are adopted by the courts and one is 18 and is 16 will I still get a check for all them and myself

And, to answer your question, YES, you will get $500 for each child that you declared as a dependent on your most recent tax return (2018 or 2019, if you already filed that one).
