Stimulus check/owe child support

So i lost custody of my.children a few years back but regained custody i owed clsoe to 9 grand in back support i filed my 2019 taxes and wpuldve gotten a refund of a little over 8300 and have been paying out of my check will the irs take part of my stimulus check or am i just not eligible for a check due to being behind
