Stimulus checks
I am waiting for my accountant to file my 2019 taxes which will be under the Adjusted Gross Income of $150,000.00, filling jointly. Our 2018 AGI was above $200,000.00 because we used Deferred Compensation Retirement Funds for the purchase of a house. If we have been denied a Stimulus Check already because 2019 taxes are not filed yet, is there recourse once they are submitted in a few days??? I have no clue if they already looked at our taxes or not. We always filed electronically, so I’m assuming that they have. Appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you very much.

That’s a tough call. I can’t imagine why you would have delayed filing when there is so much at stake! Do it NOW!!
They have not said if there will be an appeal process for situations like yours.
