Stimulus

Hi Terry.
So my question is I recieve SSD and just start getting it and November of 2019 so I have not received a 1099 and I don’t file taxes am I still eligible for a stimulus check and if so when will I be getting it because it seems to me everyone on SSD is already started getting theirs and yet I have got nothing do you have any ideas can you help me out what can I do to find out a response would be really great cuz I’ve been asking so many people and nobody knows anything
