Cant Get IRS PIN

I did as you requested and I filed the non filers tax return and it got rejected because of the IP pin issue . So what will be my next step ?

I just requested that the IRS media contact answer that question — for the THIRD time! I will post if I can get an answer for you and others who need a PIN — while the IRS is basically shut down!
