Stimulus check for January 2020 newborn
We were blessed with our first grandchild in January 2020. His Mom and Dad have received their stimulus checks . Does their new born qualify for the $600 stimulus check? He has a Social Security #. Do they have to file any form or register online for their son to qualify and receive the check?

Timing is everything! They didn’t get a 2019 tax deduction for their dependent and they don’t get a stimulus payment!
