Stimulus Check & Unemployment Benefits
Hello Terry, if your a ” non-filer ” , you haven’t paid into the system, nor filed any returns or paid no unemployment or self employment taxes, how whould you be ” qualified ” to receive anything & bring the IRS down hard on you for life ? Thanks

You’re an American and if you’re a non-filer because you didn’t have enough income to be required to file, and if you didn’t get automatic payments like Social Security retirement or disability or SSI — then you do get a stimulus if you file here:
