PPP loan
Our company is an LLC registered in Illinois, all employees are U. S. citizens. Our parent company is in Italy. We have been turned down for the PPP loan due to “foreign owner” even though it is a registered , taxpaying U.S. LLC. Do you have any idea if this really is the SBA rule? I appreciate your insight.
