Federal Tax refund not received Needed for July 15 taxes!
Mailed Fed tax return March 19,2019 and expecting refund of $2715.00. Have not received it and when calling or looking up on IRS site tells me no record as of current date. I don’t know where to go or what to do as deadline is July 15. Yet IRS says do not refile. Help!

Ithink you’ll get all crossed up with the IRS if you try to use that unpaid refund as a credit when you file your taxes this week! Can you borrow the money you owe that must be paid by July 15th.
They WILL get around to paying your refund. Plus you will get interest on it. But it could take another month or so.
It might be worth borrowing the money and keeping the two years separate. This is going to be a big enough mess as is, without having to fight a penalty for not paying your July 15 taxes on time!
