IDES Backpay
Do you have any what I have to do to get my back pay for unemployment due to not being able to file for three months due to IDES overload?

Were you finally able to file? If so, your claim should be dated from the first date of unemployment. Then you will be entitled to back payments, including the Federal $600/week.
But if you haven’t gotten through yet, you ae part of a growing scandal. Keep trying and let me know if you get a callback. Get back to me in two weeks and let me know where it stands. I’m hoping the new callback system will be working by then.
