Unemployment – – again
Hi Terry, Thanks for all you do on John show..
I received unemployment for 4 weeks in April and then I went back to work. I’m getting furloughed next week. Do I need to reapply or just go off of my old claim account.

Oh so sorry about that. When you are laid off, you need to file a new claim with a new date of separation. We will see about extra benefits if Congress acts! But your overall eligibility remains at 39 weeks.
