Stimulus check/ new bank account
Hi Terry , I’m in the process in closing my Chase bank account and opening an another account at a different bank . I have direct deposit from Social Security. Will I get the 2nd stimulus check direct deposit at my new bank account? They did direct deposit the first stimulus check to Chase. Any help you give will be appreciated. Thanks

They haven’t voted on a second stimulus check yet, but one is likely coming. I suggest you pay the monthly fee to keep the first account at Chase open for a few months. Then do your change of address for SS immediately, so they have time to process the change before any new payments go out. Keeping the old account open for a few months could save some aggravation!!
