They are still processing checks — but if you filed a 2018 or 2019 tax return you should have received yours by now. And if you receive Social Security (which I assume is possible because you say you’re retired!) it should have been direct deposited in that account.
Did your spouse die in the past year? That’s another reason your check might have been delayed. Ever since the IRS realized it was sending out checks to deceased people on joint returns, it has held up those checks.
