Unemployment Certification Problems
Terry, I have been unable to certify on the IDES site beginning last Monday 8/31. It states “You can not certify at this time. Please contact… 800 244 5631.” Is there a problem with the site or should I be concerned there is something wrong specific to me?

no, it is the site. I used to have a contact inside IDESto send problems to — but it no longer works. The best advice I can offer is to call ALL the numbers you can find listed on the site and leave your callback number. The problems are getting worse — not better.
I’m sorry to have to report that – -and I’m not giving up. But right now, this is the best I can do.
