PUA assistance
Hello Terry,
I am an independent contractor and worked in event and festival management and sponsorship. I received PPP funds to cover 10 weeks of salary.
I filed for PUA assistance on July 28. I backdated my request to May 31, the date that the PPP ran out. To this day, the status on the determination of eligibility on the IDES website remains in adjudication. I submitted a request for a call back. I received a call, I think on August 24, from woman who was so mean and impatient that she hung up on me. I requested a new call back the next day. Do you know of any way to get facilitated more quickly? Thanks.

I used to have a contact but it doesn’t work anymore. So I’m sorry this happened to you — and at the moment I don’t have a better way in to the system than leaving your number for a callback. This is emblematic of what’s wrong at IDES!
