Stimulus check not received

I am trying to locate my sisters stimulus check which she has not gotten as of today. A friend of mine recommended I contact you for direction.

I assume your sister either filed a tax return or is receiving Social Security, or SSI, or SSDI. And that she was not listed as a dependent on anyone else’s return. (That would disqualify her.)
If she did not file taxes and does not receive a government benefit, she has until November 15th to register.
If she did file and still didn’t get her check, then you need to go to this page at the IRS Website to do a search. https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
The instructions are clear.
