My ex-boyfriend stole my Direct Express Card and took my stimulus check

Report this to the police immediately. It is a Federal offense! (You might mention this if you are speaking, and tell him this is happening unless he gives the money back to you within 10 days). Just be safe. Any person who would do this is a danger to you.
