Unemployment Identity Theft — help!
Received a credit card from the Illinois Dept of employment Security from KeyBank. It is on my name and my address, saying I was laid off from the First Lutheran Church. What should I do? Someone from WGN said to contact you.

Read this article–linked on the home page of my website –and DO EVERYTHING on the list! Your identity has been stolen and you might receive a 1099 form next January saying you owe taxes on benefits you did not receive! that’s why it’s important to have proof you tried to report this!
