Identity Theft attempt
A fraudulent attempt for claiming unemployment benefits was successfully blocked/denied by my employer and IDES. Should I still report the failed claim attempt at various agencies (FBI, IDES, FTC, SSO) if the attempt was already denied? I already have a freeze at all 3 credit bureaus agencies and have for years.

Yes, just to be safe you should report it to all the places in this article. So if they didn’t get through to IDES, but tried and succeeded in using your info in another state, you can demonstrate that you tried to report it.
