Unemployment

My husband is currently collecting unemployment. January 22, 2021 he worked the one day. Unemployment payed him accordingly for that week. But when he went to certify on 2/9 for the next two weeks the unemployment system made him start all over and gave him a new certifying date of 2/23. So the weeks ending 1/30 and 2/6 he did not get paid for. He called unemployment and finally got a call back 17 days later. She claimed she couldn’t help him and he had to refile. Unfortunately, it started him all over a second time. I had him call again and leave a call back to talk to someone. Do you have any recommendations for us? We need to be back paid for those two weeks. And because of doing what she said he now has to wait for a new certifying date and may lead to more loss of pay. Any help is appreciated!
