Fraudulent credit card

By Terry Savage on March 24, 2021 | Wild Card

I received an IDES debit card and thought it was our stimulus money. My husband called and had it opened and today we realized that it was not and the $1200.00 is gone. What do we do now. We feel so stupid.

Wait, what?? The IDES fraudulent debit card scam means that your identity has been stolen: Do EVERYTHING on this list now.

That has nothing to do with the stimulus! It will still come if you qualify — either by direct deposit to your bank, or by a check or debit card in the mail. The EIP debit card is blue with silver stars, has VISA on teh front and MetaBank and MoneyNetwork written on the back.
